Who we are
AI Sales Bench (aisalesbench.com) is a directory of AI tools for sales and publisher of The Bench Weekly newsletter. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@aisalesbench.com.
What we collect
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and, if you give them, your name, role, company and country.
Tool submissions and advertising enquiries: the contact and company details you enter in the form, and any logo or file you upload.
Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you reached the site.
Emails you send us at our contact address.
Why we use it
To send The Bench Weekly to people who asked for it (based on your consent); to review tool submissions and reply to enquiries (to take steps you asked for); to understand and improve how the site is used (based on your consent to analytics cookies); and to keep the site secure and prevent spam (our legitimate interest).
The newsletter
You only get The Bench Weekly if you sign up. Issues may include clearly labelled sponsored content. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share subscriber details with sponsors or vendors. We use these service providers to run the site:
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Beehiiv stores the newsletter list and sends the newsletter. Google Analytics measures site usage, only if you accept cookies. Stripe processes payments from vendors who buy paid placements; we never see full card details. Google Workspace handles our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. Submissions and enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting listing or sponsorship, and then deleted within 24 months. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR, California law or the UAE data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@aisalesbench.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site and newsletter are for working professionals and are not aimed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and tell subscribers about significant changes.
