Information only
AI Sales Bench is a directory. Listings describe third-party products we don’t make, sell or support. Nothing on the site is professional, legal or purchasing advice.
Accuracy
We build listings from vendors’ public information and mark details we haven’t verified. Products, prices and availability change often, so listings can be out of date. Always check with the vendor before you buy.
Paid placements
Vendors can pay for featured listings, category sponsorships and newsletter slots. Paid directory placements are labelled “Featured” and newsletter or category sponsorships “Sponsored”; they don’t change how we describe or compare tools. Paid placements are billed through Stripe and are also covered by the details agreed with each sponsor.
Vendor submissions and claims
If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm you’re authorised to represent the company and that the information is accurate. You give us permission to publish, edit and display what you submit, including your logo and name. We can edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and compilation belong to AI Sales Bench. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. You may link to and quote the site with attribution, but you may not copy it in bulk or scrape it to build a competing service.
Links to other sites
We link to vendors’ websites and pricing pages. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. If we ever use affiliate links, we’ll label them.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no spam submissions, attempts to break security, or automated access that harms the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and newsletter are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on listings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
