HubSpot adds AI spend caps, seat-to-credit swaps and pay-as-you-go credits
HubSpot now sets a default account-level limit on AI credit use, up to 50% above a customer's monthly credits. Customers can swap seats for credits mid-contract, set credit limits per feature and action, and choose flat-rate credit packs or Pay-as-You-Go for usage beyond their monthly credits.
What it means for you: If your team uses HubSpot's AI features, check the new default spend cap and the per-feature credit limits now, and work out whether any unused seats would be worth more as credits.
