How we review AI sales tools

What we check, where the facts come from, and what we never do.

We don’t give star ratings or scores

We haven’t tested most tools hands-on, so we don’t publish ratings, scores or rankings, and we don’t add rating markup to our pages. Where a comparison page gives a verdict, it says it is based only on what each vendor publishes.

Where facts come from

  • Vendor websites first. What a tool does, its categories, pricing model and integrations come from the vendor’s own site.
  • Prices are the lowest published paid plan on the vendor’s own pricing page, in US dollars, with the unit (per user, seat or account) and billing period as shown.
  • Regions and languages are marked “Verified” only when confirmed with the vendor or by testing; otherwise “Unverified”.
  • Unknowns stay unknown. If we can’t confirm something, the page says “Not yet verified” or “unknown”. We never estimate.

Check dates

Every listing and price shows the date we last checked it. We re-check published prices monthly and update the date even when nothing changed.

Money never buys a better write-up

Vendors can pay for a featured placement or sponsorship. Paid placements are always labelled, and they don’t change what we write, the facts we show or the order of comparison tables. Some outbound links are affiliate links and are labelled as such. See advertising and affiliate links.

Corrections

Vendors can claim a listing for free and send corrections; we review every change against the vendor’s public site before it goes live. Anyone can report an error to hello@aisalesbench.com.
