monday.com launches Harmony voice AI agents for sales calls
monday.com has launched Harmony, a voice AI agent platform for sales teams. Its agents call leads, qualify them, handle objections and make warm transfers to live reps with a full briefing. monday.com says its small task-specific models reply in about 200ms. Harmony is live for mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.
What it means for you: Harmony is only sold in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore for now, so GCC teams cannot buy it yet. If you trial voice agents, compare warm transfers, consent controls and CRM write-back.
