WhatsApp CRM for UAE sales teams (2026)
Short answer
A WhatsApp CRM logs every WhatsApp chat against a lead and deal. In the UAE, look for the official WhatsApp Business API, a shared team inbox and Arabic support. Below we separate WhatsApp-first CRMs from mainstream CRMs that add WhatsApp through an integration. Each claim shows whether it is documented, vendor-stated or unknown.

WhatsApp Business app vs WhatsApp Business API
The WhatsApp Business app is free and runs on a phone. The API (Meta calls it the WhatsApp Business Platform) has no inbox of its own, so you use it through a CRM or a solution provider, and Meta charges per message. See Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page before you budget.
AI SDRs that run WhatsApp outreach
These are outreach tools, not CRMs. BOSRAI runs email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach and has a “UAE and the Gulf” page (vendor-stated); Arabic: unknown; price: see vendor page. SmartReach is a cold email platform that also lists WhatsApp outreach; WhatsApp details: unknown; from $29/month (billing basis: see vendor page). See more in Outreach & Sequencing.
What to check before you buy in the UAE
Official API and number verification
Zoho, HubSpot and Pipedrive all ask for a Meta business account, a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number not already used by another WhatsApp account.
Opt-in and consent
Under the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy (checked 18 Oct 2026), a business may message someone only if they gave you their number and opted in to receive further messages from you. You must also honour every request to stop. Meta recommends separate opt-ins for each message category and for calls. Data protection law also applies: for example, the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021) gives people the right to object to processing for direct marketing (Art. 17). UAE telemarketing rules: see AI sales tools for UAE and GCC teams. This is educational information, not legal advice.
Arabic templates and right-to-left display
Check that templates and the inbox display Arabic correctly. See AI sales tools that work in Arabic.
Meta fees vs vendor fees
Ask whether the vendor adds a mark-up to Meta’s message fees. respond.io and Go4whatsup say they do not; for the others, unknown.
